The cost of transporting a vehicle within the same state begins at $100.00. As a general rule, interstate transportation will cost roughly 40 cents for each kilometre.

The size of the vehicle is important since the larger the vehicle is, the more space it takes up. Based on the frequency of service, the service area can have an impact on the pricing.

In general, yes. Both the pickup and delivery of your vehicle require you or someone you entrust to be present.

A vehicle inspection is performed and signed during pick-up and delivery, and the keys are given over to our driver.

Only a nominated person on the booking will be given access to your vehicle for safety reasons.

Move My Wheels will accept car transport with products inside the vehicle for an additional cost. Enclosed Car Transport, Guaranteed Delivery, and Goods in Car service are just a few of the value-added services offered by Move My Wheels.

The goods in car service have stringent loading restrictions. They are there because we want to make sure your car is transported safely. In addition, we strive to be a responsible part of the community, and as such, we place a high value on:

1. Responsibilities in terms of regulation: Move My Wheels trucks and trailers are designed and loaded to match the weight and dimensions of the vehicle being transported, as required by state and federal regulations.

2. Workplace Safety and Health: Move My Wheels strives to offer a safe working environment for its employees, and objects that come loose from cars might cause harm or damage.

3. Community Responsibility: Move My Wheels strives to be a responsible member of the community at all times, and we operate to minimise the danger of injury or damage to other road users when utilising our national highways — products falling free from cars can cause injury and damage.

4. Quarantine: All vehicles entering Western Australia and Tasmania must pass quarantine inspections. Any items left in a vehicle are subject to inspection, which may result in delays and increased fees for our customers.

When you book a car with Move My Wheels, we'll take care of all the details for you. Unlike other car shipping companies, Move My Wheels oversees your vehicle from beginning to end. It's as simple as arranging your transportation and then letting us handle the rest.

For your convenience, Move My Wheels provides door-to-door or depot service. If you choose door-to-door service, our Customer Service Representatives will work with you to schedule a convenient time for pickup from your home. Your vehicle will then travel through our network to the delivery location you specify. Upon delivery, our customer service representatives will schedule a convenient time to hand over your vehicle.

You will be able to track and trace your vehicle throughout the journey and communicate with our local call centre agents if you have any questions.

Trucks and carriers use highways in the same manner as other vehicles do, and some of these are tollways.

While your vehicle is in our care, it is likely that it will pass through a toll booth.
